We are seeking an experienced leader to join our IMU_Insurance_Insurance - Common department as a Senior Assistant Vice President. This role is crucial in driving our insurance services and solutions forward. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance account management and a passion for building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of account managers, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
Develop and execute account management strategies to maximize client satisfaction and retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the insurance industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative insurance solutions.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of services, meeting client expectations and SLAs.
Monitor industry trends and market dynamics to stay ahead of the competition.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all client interactions.

Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in insurance account management, with a proven track record of success.
Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
