Senior Associate

Franklin Street is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Student Housing Investment Sales to join our team in Cincinnati, OH.

The ideal candidate must posses 2+ years of commercial real estate experience (Any Product Type). Be professional, hard-working, organized, and coachable. An active Real Estate license, and knowledge of commercial real estate processes and regulations. 

Position Overview:

The Senior Associate will be a part of our Student Housing Investment Sales team in Cincinnati, Ohio. Will be responsible for transaction management and relationship development.

• Prospecting and Business Development
• Cold outreach
• Deal-making
• Client meetings and presentations
• Negotiating, property underwriting
• Financial analysis
• Transaction management
• Database research

• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience (Any Product type).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• An active Real Estate license.
• Expertise in commercial real estate processes and regulations.
• Proficiency in commercial real estate underwriting.
• A desire to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Mid-level to advanced MS Office Suite competencies.
• An active Real Estate license.
