Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Associate Attorney - Family Law, located in Southlake, TX, with some work from home acceptable. The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for managing family law cases, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, such as motions and depositions, and representing clients in court. The attorney will also be responsible for client consultations and working closely with paralegals and support staff to ensure effective case management.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Family Law


• Proficiency in handling various Legal Issues and filing Motions


• Experience in conducting Depositions and courtroom advocacy


• Strong written and verbal communication skills


• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively


• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas


• Experience with high-stakes and high-net-worth cases is a plus


• The ideal candidate will possess a portable book of business and a proven track record of client development and retention


• Strong business development skills and the ability to cultivate and maintain client relationships are essential
