Position Overview: As a Senior Associate Attorney, you will play a pivotal role in our litigation process, representing clients in personal injury cases. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the litigation process for various personal injury cases, including automobile injuries.

Try cases at all levels of court, demonstrating exceptional litigation skills and a commitment to advocacy.

Provide expert legal advice and support to clients, guiding them through the complexities of their cases with compassion and understanding.

Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy development.

Draft, review, and file legal documents with precision and attention to detail, ensuring compliance with all court requirements.

Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Admission to the bar in Virginia, with good standing.

Minimum of five years of first-chair litigation experience, specifically in personal injury law.

Extensive experience in Federal and state courts, with a strong track record of trying cases and leading litigation processes.

Exceptional writing ability, with the capability to craft compelling legal documents and arguments.

Deep understanding and experience in dealing with insurance-related matters in personal injury and automobile injury cases.

A positive attitude towards trying cases and a willingness to lead in the courtroom.

Must be willing to work in-office and be an integral part of our team.
