We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Credit Advisory Underwriting to join our Credit Advisory, Mortgage Underwriting team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Perform mortgage underwriting duties to analyze new loan request and identify any exceptions to policy. Ensure all required documentation is in the file. Evaluate general credit worthiness of borrowers by analyzing personal and corporate financial statements and balance sheets, credit reports, asset statements and property appraisals. Prepare loan write-ups for approval that address borrowers' strengths and weaknesses. Write-ups may include credit memos, financial spreadsheets, and other relevant information. Make well-supported credit recommendations. Interact closely with sales staff in discussing loan structure and credit worthiness of prospective applicants. Contribute to the achievement of related teams' objectives. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. 3-5 years of total work experience preferred.
