In this role, you will represent and promote a top-ranked MBA program while leading a dedicated team of admissions professionals. You’ll travel to recruit exceptional students, shape recruitment strategy, and collaborate with external partners to attract top talent to the Notre Dame MBA.

Summary Statement:
The Sr. Associate Director of Admissions, Master of Business Administration (MBA), reports to the Director of Graduate Admissions and is an integral part of the Mendoza Graduate Enrollment Team. Under the guidance of the Director, the Sr. Associate Director of Admissions is responsible for overseeing the recruiting and admissions process for the Notre Dame MBA. This position will work in partnership with the Senior Director of Enrollment and Director of Admissions to set the overall admissions strategy for each admissions cycle as the team works towards the program enrollment goals and target cohort profiles set in partnership with Mendoza Academic and College Leadership.
