From an idea in one man's garage to an essential in every man's shower, Every Man Jack was created to give men everywhere clean, effective personal care that stands up to any adventure.
Born in 2007 at the base of Mt. Tam, near the great redwood forests of Northern California, Every Man Jack was founded to fill a gap in the men's care space. To remove the bravado and harsh chemicals that choked the industry, and focus instead on simple, clean products accessible to regular guys.
That belief is right in our name: the phrase “Every Man Jack” traces its origins back several centuries, when it meant “everybody without exception.”
Today it still means quality within reach. It stands for the man who fixes what's broken, who builds, and who welcomes the unknown. We're for the man whose routine belongs on the trail, in the surf, and under open skies. He's ready for the next story worth remembering.
WHAT WE DO
Every Man Jack, a B Corp Certified Company, is a leader in the natural men's grooming space, with a presence across major national retailers like Target, Walmart, Whole Foods, and Amazon.
We've experienced significant growth over the past several years and continue to add top talent to our growing roster.
Considering a host of recent initiatives, significant retail distribution opportunities, and high growth e-commerce initiatives, there is no shortage of exciting projects for the Every Man Jack team.
THE ROLE: SENIOR ASSOCIATE, SOCIAL MEDIA
Every Man Jack is looking for a Sr. Associate, Social Media who knows how to make content that earns attention — and then does it, consistently. This is the content engine of our organic social team: the person who owns the content calendar, creates and publishes great work across channels, tracks what is resonating, and keeps the team's output moving at the speed of culture.
You will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Social Media and the Brand Strategist to execute against channel strategy, manage our social listening tools, and own the publishing cadence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. You are organized, deeply platform-fluent, and energized by making things, not just planning them.

WHAT YOU BRING
You are a maker first. You get genuine satisfaction from building a content calendar, executing it well, and watching it perform. You have a feel for what is resonating on the platform right now and the instincts to act on it. Organized enough to keep the train on the tracks and creative enough to know when to go off-script for the right cultural moment.
You are genuinely passionate about social and content creation, constantly in the app, tracking trends, and bringing that knowledge into the work before anyone has to ask. You know our consumer and the worlds he lives in, and that fluency shows up naturally in everything you make — not just visually, but in every caption, comment, and piece of copy across every platform. You write in his voice, with the right tone, every time.
This is a role for someone who wants to build something, and the person who comes in now will have real visibility and real impact from day one.

In the interest of hiring locally to (1) reduce the negative impacts of long commutes and (2) provide economic opportunities to the community where we operate, Every Man Jack prefers to hire candidates who live within a 30-mile radius of our Mill Valley office.
