The details:
Ideal candidate is a senior associate/junior partner ready to jump right in and take ownership on a variety of matters
You will inherit a book of business, and the retiring shareholder will work with you on the transition
Oil & gas experience in high-value acquisitions and divestitures is

REQUIRED , as is substantive knowledge of oil & gas law, including federal oil & gas law
Salary commensurate with experience and ability to "jump right in"
1600 billable hours requirement
