As a
Senior Audit Associate , you will directly supervise and help develop In-Charge Associates and Associates. You will manage multiple engagements, demonstrate excellent communication skills and apply your advanced technical competencies. You will identify new business development opportunities through your strong client relationships. Your training will focus on specific technical areas and specializations as they align to your expertise and interests. You will be mentored by Partners, Directors, and Managers to guide your training and career progression with Brown Edwards.
What Your Day Looks Like
Direct engagements by maintaining timelines, budgets, and schedules
Provide leadership, supervision, training, and performance feedback to In-Charge Associates and Associates
Develop business opportunities by expanding existing relationship with clients, maintaining personal networks, and participating in civic, business, and professional organizations
Participate in proposal development and other practice development/marketing activities
What You Need To Be Successful
BA, BS, or MS in Accounting or related field
5+ years of related professional accounting experience
CPA or have minimum requirements for CPA exam. Successful candidates will intend pass CPA exam
