Senior Auditor - CPA Preferred
We are
seeking a talented Senior Auditor to join our team in Andover, MA. This role
offers flexibility with a hybrid work schedule, depending on the candidate’s
location, but is not fully remote. We service large and small closely held
businesses, non-profit organizations, employee benefit plans, and various other
entities by performing audits, reviews, compilations, tax/business advice, and
preparing financial statements and tax returns. Our firm promotes a positive

Responsibilities:
Supervise and perform audit, review, or compilation procedures,
documenting work and preparing workpapers
Supervise and prepare financial statements
Supervise and prepare state and federal income tax returns for various
entities
Proactively accomplish tasks in a timely manner
Engage in constant professional development, staying current on
assurance and tax pronouncements
Qualifications:
3 to 7 years of experience in public accounting
CPA certification or progress toward CPA (preferred)
Motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrates initiative in career development
Flexible, accountable, and dependable
Effective team player with strong communication and collaboration
skills
Capable of managing multiple client projects simultaneously
Superior written and verbal communication skills
