In this role, you will have the opportunity to design and develop end-to-end automation solutions that significantly enhance operational efficiency. Accountabilities
- Create automated software deployment procedures.
- Automate software programs and write automation scripts.
- Troubleshoot software automation and finalize system procedures.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schemas.
- Analyze and improve application performance and database efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Implement improvements in existing automation for the study release process.
- Develop and implement maintenance programs for existing environments.
- Optimize and evaluate the study release process.
- Train and mentor junior-level staff to more effectively respond to end-user issues.
- Keep up with industry best practices and trends on behalf of the Ops department and the larger technology department.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in C# / .NET development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong knowledge of .NET Framework / .NET Core.
- Advanced SQL skills, including performance tuning and query optimization.
- Experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
