Senior Backend Developer- R&D and Innovation Center

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with background in AI applications.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience programming in Python and a solid understanding of AI protocols and standards.

This is a unique opportunity to work with Deloitte US clients and engage in global projects, leveraging your extensive skills in generative AI tools.

As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for translating complex business problems into data-driven solutions, drafting methodologies, and executing innovative projects. In this role you will:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Node.js and Python
• Implement and manage AWS cloud infrastructure with services like EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.
• Architect and optimize database solutions utilizing MongoDB
• Analyze and enhance system performance at both the application and infrastructure levels
• Participate in code reviews ensuring quality, performance, and reliability
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to the tech stack

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Back End developer.
• B.A/M.Sc. in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, etc- an advantage
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and Python programming
• Experience with microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with deployment pipelines for distributed systems.
• Experience implementing performance optimizations such as parallelization of function calls, caching strategies, vectorization, and module compilation.
• Knowledge of Backend Frameworks such as Node.js and Django.
• Knowledge of APIs such as JSON and REST.
• Experience with Dockers and Kubernetes or related containerization technology.
• Good understanding of AI protocols and standards.
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience working on global teams collaborating via tools such as Jira, Teams, ADO.
• Advanced level of English.
