The Senior BCBA is the ultimate coach, mentor, and guide for up-and-coming BCBAs at one of our MeBe Learning Centers. This role is all about sharing your expertise, shaping future leaders, and making sure clinical care is top-notch—all while keeping the learning process engaging and fun! You’ll be the go-to resource for reviewing clinical programming, fine-tuning assessment documentation, and providing support and encouragement as newer BCBAs grow their confidence and skills.

About What You’ll Work On:

Clinical Excellence Duties:

• Conduct initial assessments and FBAs

• Maintain own 2-tiered client caseload and meet weekly billable requirement of 20 on a consistent basis

• Supervise Mid-level supervisors, in compliance with funding source guidelines

• Engage in quality assurance activities, including treatment plan, program execution, and session note reviews to achieve MeBe's metrics of quality and success

• Provide clinical consultation/mentorship to less experienced BCBAs

• Oversee clinical processes when Site Director is out of the office 

• Assist in performance reviews in collaboration with Site Director, when needed

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst in good standing with the BACB

• Minimum of 5 years, post-certification, position working as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA

• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

• Able to pass a Background Criminal Investigation
