Summary:
This role is ideal for a senior corporate attorney fluent in English and Spanish with significant experience in M&A, cross-border transactions, and corporate governance. You’ll lead complex matters for entrepreneurial and institutional clients across sectors such as technology and hospitality. What You’ll Do:
• Draft, negotiate, and review contracts and transactional documents
• Advise clients on corporate governance, policies, and procedures
• Lead mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions
• Manage international affiliate structures and coordinate with foreign counsel
• Own matters from inception to close, balancing multiple complex projects
• Support clients ranging from family offices to mid-market companies

Experience You’ll Need:
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted to the Florida Bar
• 7+ years’ experience in corporate, M&A, and international transactional law
• Background in law firm or in-house environments with sophisticated deal work
• Superior oral and written fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
• Comfort using or learning modern legal tech platforms
