Senior Bookkeeper

Zafran is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and take full ownership of the company’s day-to-day accounting operations. This role will shape the way we work and will play a key part in building the Company’s core financial foundations across the Company to ensure smooth financial processes

• Lead, design and implement cross organizational financial processes 
• Support process optimization and financial tools implementation
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities
• Record, track, and process invoices, expenses, payments, and receipts
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support payroll processes and work with external payroll providers
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Work closely with the Director of Finance and external accountants and auditors
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and financial reporting requirements

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper in the Hi-Tech industry (SaaS company is an advantage) 
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting processes
• Experience working with accounting systems and financial tools (NetSuite, Mesh, Dokka, etc.,)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluent Hebrew and strong English skills
