ABOUT THE POSITION

Position Title: Senior Branch Member Account Specialist - Offering $750 Sign-On Bonus

Position Overview: As a Senior Branch Member Account Specialist (Sr BMAS), you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional member experience by building meaningful relationships and providing personalized financial support. In this role, you are more than a transactional resource—you are a trusted partner helping members navigate important financial decisions, from opening accounts to accessing lending solutions and improving their overall financial wellness.

We provide comprehensive training to ensure your success, including operational processes and member service excellence. Whether your background is in retail, hospitality, or financial services, this role offers the opportunity to grow a long-term career in banking while making a tangible impact on the lives of members in the Cicero community.

Location: You will primarily support the Cicero branch located at 5788 E Circle Drive Cicero, NY 13039, while providing planned, local coverage at nearby branches when needed to ensure consistent service and operational stability.

What you'll do in this role:

• Open and manage consumer, business, and IRA accounts


• Support consumer loan applications (excluding mortgages)


• Resolve complex member concerns and escalations


• Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products and services


• Support branch operations including teller/MSR coverage


• Provide notary services (training provided)

• Comfortable having consultative conversations—not just transactions

Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual Preferred - Spanish or Vietnamese


• Associate degree preferred.


• Two to four years’ experience in customer service, retail, banking or financial services industry.
