Accountabilities
- Design scalable creative systems that translate the brand into breakthrough creative ideas across growth, social, paid, and lifecycle channels.
- Partner with brand, motion, and campaign design teams to elevate the craft of execution across all growth creative.
- Translate abstract ideas and complex technology into clear, inspiring, and elegant visual communication.
- Help shape creative processes and resources to enable scale and innovation.
- Inject relevant insights into every stage of the creative process in collaboration with growth teams.
- Steer external agencies by providing direction, feedback, and ensuring adherence to brand standards.
- Lead briefs for both evergreen and campaign work as a key representative of brand and growth teams.
- Participate in design sprints to quickly translate strategy and insights into performance-ready creative.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in design, with leadership roles focused on growth, social, or scaled systems.
- Ability to think conceptually and ideate strategically across different formats.
- High standard for craft with a keen eye for detail, even under tight timelines.
- Comfortable using data, testing, and insights to inform creative direction while maintaining intuition.
- Ability to shift seamlessly between strategy and execution.
- Experience in collaborative leadership with an aptitude for providing clear, constructive feedback.
- Background in working with agencies and guiding external teams toward meaningful outcomes.
