We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team! You'll collaborate with business and IT units to define and manage requirements, ensuring data quality and training users. You'll also identify opportunities for process simplification and act as a proxy product owner within small IT development teams, driving continuous improvement and innovation. What You Will Do:
Work closely with business and IT units to define, analyze, document and further manage requirements throughout CRM lifecycle. Capture user stories, process flows, data models and acceptance criteria in Jira and Confluence
Plan and support data migration, collaborate on data mapping and cleansing rules
Identify opportunities for streamlining business processes and solutions, propose optimization and improvement ideas, and assess the feasibility of possible technical solutions
Take the role of business analyst/proxy product owner within Small IT development / Project / Scrum team
Work collaboratively with stakeholders during the analysis process to ensure requirements of deliveries quality assurance
Coordinate and participate in testing and quality assurance
Facilitate communication with other structural units, vendors - driving consensus, reporting progress and raising risks or dependencies in a timely manner
What We Expect:
Deep knowledge of Business Analysis and Project delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum, etc.)
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) in the IT finance/field
Good knowledge of core business processes and IT systems (bonus point if you have with CRM products)
Ability to communicate easily with different stakeholders (from business and IT side) and vendors
Strong business process management skills and the ability to model processes
Understanding and previous experience with Data governance
Hands on experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirements documentation, task-handling, and communication
Proven track record in cross-functional teams, driving consensus and delivery
Excellent time management and prioritization skills, with a result driven mindset
Bachelor's degree in IT, Economics, Math, Business Management or related fields is a bonus point
Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
