Senior Business Analyst

PLEASE NOTE:

• It is a 100% onsite position in Trenton, NJ.
  


• All Positions are Onsite, full time, for one year and extendable to 4 more years.
  

ROLE SUMMARY:

• The Senior Business Analyst is the functional Subject Matter Expert (SME).
  


• They lead the requirements gathering, JAD sessions, and functional design documentation.
  

Requirements

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as the functional SME for maintenance and support.
  


• Schedule and conduct weekly status meetings with the client.
  


• Provide functional support during Requirements Definition.
  


• Author Detailed Design documentation.
  


• Provide functional expertise during Development and Testing processes.
  

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM):

• Certification: Business Architect in Pega 7 (or newer).
  


• Certification: Product Owner in the SCRUM Agile methodology.
  


• At least three years of experience in each of the following:
  


• Supporting environmental projects in the public sector.
  


• Supporting or conducting Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions.
  


• Working with Atlassian’s JIRA Project Management Software.
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Prior experience with Client's systems (NJEMS, RSP, OPRATS, etc.).
