Senior Business Analyst

• Act as a Business Analyst for one or more technical squads, ensuring smooth execution of Agile ceremonies and delivery milestones.
  
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into clear user stories and functional specifications.
  
• Perform detailed data analysis, including validation of data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems.
  
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with Product Owners and technical leads.
  
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
  
• Track project risks, dependencies, and impediments; proactively drive resolution.
  
• Support reporting, analytics initiatives, and data -driven decision -making across the organization.
  
• Ensure all deliverables meet compliance, regulatory, and quality standards (especially for banking/financial domains).
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement by recommending enhancements to processes, documentation, and team workflows.
