Senior Business Analyst

N-iX is looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team!

Our client is one of the largest banks in Ukraine, with its headquarters in the EU. They specialize in bank services for businesses and individuals in Ukraine and Europe. We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join the project aimed at modernizing application infrastructure and technology, developing the solution from scratch.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.


• Coordinate collaboration between the customer and the development team to ensure clear communication and alignment.


• Develop specifications, user stories, and business process documentation.


• Identify areas for process improvement and provide actionable recommendations.


• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders.


• Support project delivery by monitoring progress and assisting in issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst.


• Experience in financial services domains, including banking, fintech, payment systems, cards, retail financial products, or financial reporting.


• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements gathering techniques.


• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.


• An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.


• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.


• Experience working with extensive amounts of data


• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of BPMN basics and flowchart construction.


• Basic understanding of SQL or data analysis tools.


• Experience with SAP or other ERP solutions
