Senior Business Analyst Identity & Access Management (IAM) - 1609

Must Have:

• Identity and Access Management (IAM)
  
• Requirements gathering and documentation (user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria)
  
• Traceability matrix and gap analysis
  
• Jira and Confluence
  
• UAT coordination and test scenario development
  

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document functional and non -functional IAM requirements
  
• Create user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria
  
• Lead stakeholder workshops across security, IT, and business teams
  
• Maintain traceability matrix for all requirements
  
• Support sprint planning and backlog refinement
  
• Perform current vs target state gap analysis for access processes
  
• Develop process flows and data flow diagrams
  
• Coordinate UAT and track results against acceptance criteria
  
• Mentor junior analysts and enforce documentation standards
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in business analysis within security, IAM, or enterprise systems
  
• Strong experience with Agile and Scrum delivery
  
• Ability to translate technical IAM concepts into business terms
  
• Experience working with cross -functional stakeholders
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  

Nice to Have:

• CBAP or PMI -PBA certification
  
• Experience with IGA, PAM, or Secrets management
  
• BPMN or process modeling tools
  
• Background in cybersecurity programs
  
• Master’s degree
