Senior Business & Financial Services Advisor - AOE International

AOE International is a non-profit organization focused on community support and development, with a strong emphasis on workforce development and education. We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities.

The Senior Business & Financial Services Advisor provides technical assistance to strengthen participant contractors’ financial readiness, business infrastructure, and access to low-cost capital.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one assistance in business planning, financial systems, and back-office operations
• Support contractors with bonding, insurance, permits, and certifications
• Facilitate access to low-cost capital including CDFIs, SBA, and MBDA resources

• Experience in small business advising, finance, or economic development
• Knowledge of contractor financial requirements
