Job Description - Senior Business Development Coordinator


Loureiro Engineering Associates is seeking a Senior Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our strategic growth initiatives by coordinating proposal efforts, managing CRM data, analyzing performance metrics, and organizing outreach events.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct detailed market and competitor research to support business development planning

  • Assist in developing and assembling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials

  • Maintain CRM data integrity and generate reports to track key metrics

  • Coordinate logistics for trade shows, events, and client meetings

  • Track and analyze performance indicators related to outreach and lead generation

  • Collaborate with marketing, technical, and leadership teams to support business development strategy

Who You Are

  • A clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills

  • A critical thinker who thrives in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

  • Someone who thrives on staying one step ahead

What You Bring

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred

  • 1–4 years of experience supporting business development, sales operations, or marketing

  • Experience working in a professional services or consulting environment is a plus

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.

  • Ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards

  • Able to push, pull, and place materials on level surfaces and overhead cabinets
