BBSI is looking for a Senior Business Development Executive. The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth. Their duties include coordinating with company executives, sales and marketing professionals, reviewing current market trends and proposing new business ideas to improve revenue. The Senior Business Development Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with other companies. Their primary role is selling and maintaining sponsorships and advertising.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reports directly to Director of Operations
- Identify and research potential sponsors and advertisers
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Create and develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with sponsors/advertisers and communicate with stakeholders
- Monitor contracts and agreements to ensure they are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer and competitor data
- Make and give presentations to prospective clients and leadership
- Track, identify and add qualified prospects to sales pipeline inside our system
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
- Track and report on the status of proposal components
- Conduct ongoing market research
- Work with Director of Operations and CEO to create rate proposals
- Drive the end-to-end sales process
- Prepare and submit sponsor and sales contracts
- Assist all departments within the chamber where needed
- Professionally represents our team at all times

Experience Requirements:
