Senior Business Development Manager

• Experience: 2+ years of experience in online performance marketing and/or ad-tech (iGaming or Fintech experience – a major advantage).


• Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written) – Must have.


• Data-Driven: Advanced analytical and negotiation skills; high proficiency in Excel for ROI tracking and optimization.


• Travel: Willingness to travel internationally for industry conferences – Must have.


• Execution: Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage large, complex customer portfolios independently and cross-functionally.


• Global Mindset: Adaptable to different time zones and comfortable working non-standard hours when needed.


• Advantages: Higher education degree, experience with affiliate networks, working with C-level executives, or data visualization tools (Tableau).
