Job Description - Senior Business Development Specialist

Imagine undertaking challenging, dynamic and innovative projects and being responsible for:

 

  • Develop and execute effective strategies to identify, acquire, and onboard U.S.-based sellers and partners looking to expand into Latin America.
  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation through deal closing, driving high-quality conversions and sustained business growth.
  • Manage and Analyze data and market trends to define acquisition priorities and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners to align business development efforts with company-wide objectives.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track engagement, monitor performance, and ensure high-quality data management throughout the sales process.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, strategic sales, or commercial roles with a focus on business development.
  • Experience using Salesforce and proficiency in analyzing and interpreting large data sets. Proficiency in handling large datasets and solid skills in data tools such as BigQuery or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
