Job Description - Senior Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant in Consumer, Small & Business Banking (CSBB) providing coverage for the Regional Services group part of Branch Oversight and Support. This role will be supporting the Boulder and Colorado North Districts in the Colorado Region.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiatives
  • Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations
  • Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business
  • Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience
  • Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures
  • Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of branch banking experience
  • 2 + years of branch banking operations management experience
  • Understanding of branch compliance controls, risk management and loss prevention
  • Leadership skills including the ability to coach, train, influence, and develop staff
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt through change
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
  • Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
  • Outstanding problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
  • Strong influencing skills
  • Strong conflict resolution skills
  • Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
  • Ability to coordinate, lead and facilitate group meetings Knowledge and understanding of Wells Fargo branch banking systems such as Branch Supervision, Branch Banking Procedures, Operational Risk Reporting, Regional Resource Planning, Customer Experience and Loss Tracking Tool

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 100% of the time

  • Ability to travel to all branches in assigned geographical area and sit within branch locations up to 5 days a week.
  • This role will provide onsite coverage for the Boulder and Colorado North Districts in the Colorado Region
  • Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day.
  • Reliable transportation to get to and from field visits.

This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.

Relocation assistance is not available for this position. 100% Remote work location is available for this position within the Boulder and Colorado North Districts in the Colorado Region.

Salary range is determined by location of the job. May be considered for a discretionary bonus.

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $140,000.00
