This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Business Integration Analyst (Remote). In this role, you will play a crucial part in resolving complex SAP business challenges and enhancing the efficiency of processes through your expertise in SAP systems. You will be responsible for crafting detailed enhancement designs, training end users, and providing consultation to ensure optimal use of SAP. Your analytical skills will be vital as you navigate and troubleshoot complex business problems while contributing to the success of various projects.
Accountabilities
- Analyze complex SAP business problems and develop effective solutions using available tools.
- Create enhancement designs based on user specifications for presentation to councils and IT.
- Develop user documentation, processes, and training materials as required.
- Provide consultation to users to maximize business efficiencies from SAP.
- Conduct system regression testing for new SAP releases or upgrades.
- Lead training sessions for new SAP users and manage components of complex projects.
- Resolve end user trouble tickets in a timely manner compliant with SLAs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline and 8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP in a specific focus area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, creative thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
