Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the Business Intelligence team.
  


• Drive forecasting excellence and strengthen commercial planning rigor.
  


• Translate complex data into clear, strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
  


• Deliver market insights and performance analytics to support product launches and long-term growth.
  


• Partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Medical, Finance, and global stakeholders to influence business decisions.
  


• Champion data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is essential.
  


• Strong background in Business Intelligence, Market Research, Forecasting, Commercial Analytics, or Data Analytics.
  


• Experience from both pharma and consulting is highly valued, although candidates with strong experience in either environment are encouraged to apply.
  


• Proven people management and coaching experience.
  


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
  


• Strategic mindset with the ability to transform data into compelling business stories and actionable recommendations.
