Accountabilities

- Defines and documents process flows, facilitates testing, and quality assurance.

- Establishes framework for business operations reports across functional areas.
- Manages all business operations reporting and analytics needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- 8 - 11 years of experience in the field.
- Strong administrative and analytical skills.
- Client/customer service orientation.
- Financial literacy and project management skills.
- Leadership and people management proficiency.
- Strategic planning capabilities.
