Job Description:

CoreLogic Enterprise Data Group (EDG) is looking to hire a Senior Business Operations Analyst to manage the day-to-day operations, working closely with onshore and offshore teams to ensure cycle time and quality SLAs are met; troubleshoots data & process issues; reviews workflows and business procedures, and makes recommendations for necessary changes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily support to on shore and offshore operations teams in processing high volume data
• Manage offshore operations teams in the day-to-day tasks, escalations, communications
• Manage and monitor the ongoing performance of offshore teams' assignments against cycle time and quality SLA targets
• Analyze complex data and conduct day to day research and resolution to determine corrective actions required to solve issues
• Ensure offshore resource availability and capacity meet business demand
• Provide ongoing offshore team forecast, working closely with the vendor management team

Job Qualifications:

Required Experience:

• Understanding of public/property recorded transaction data is a must
• Real Estate / Mortgage data experience is a must
• Must have data operations related experience
• Strong intermediate to advance working knowledge of MS Excel, with solid working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint
• Big plus - Project management experience

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 or more years of related experience
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Strong team player, with hands on ability to lead teams
• Aptitude for math and statistics
• Aptitude for problem solving and investigation
• Ability to meet deadlines and lead teams, in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented, thorough, organized, self-motivated and dependable
• Ability to work independently, with limited supervision

Annual Pay Range:
80,200 - 95,000 USD
