Required Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Business Analyst experience

PingWind is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team. As a Sr. Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity

Responsibilities

Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:

· Use of data provided by cost estimators to create overall cost versus benefit assessment while considering functional benefits, technical performance, risks, and schedule concerns.

· Experience in the analysis of IT business and information environment, activities, and events.

· Experience in finding trends, errors and reviewing data with report writing skills.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document their requirements.

· Conduct interviews, surveys, and workshops to gather information.

· Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.

· Evaluate the impact of proposed changes on business operations.

· Design and propose technology solutions to address business challenges.

· Develop detailed system specifications and documentation.
