Senior Business Systems Analyst

Blu Omega is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a DOD program onsite in Norfolk, VA.

This role requires an active DoD Secret clearance or above as a precondition of employment.

In this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree and 10 or more years of experience in DoD/Navy programs and/or policies.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks.
May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top level contributor/specialist.
May lead and direct the work of others.
Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
