CAD Technician / Engineering Technician

Industry: Architecture & Engineering (Federal/Military Facilities)

Location: Fort Worth, Texas (On-Site)

Compensation: $90,000-$110,000

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and update CAD/BIM drawings, models, details, and contract plan sheets
• Translate engineer markups, redlines, and construction-phase design changes into accurate drawing and model updates
• Maintain Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and related CAD/BIM templates and standard components
• Review documents and models for completeness, clarity, and alignment with AEC standards
• Identify CAD/BIM standards inconsistencies and support software workflow improvement

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Associate's degree or higher from an ABET-accredited program
• 5-10 years of CAD/BIM, drafting, or engineering technician experience
• 3+ years of experience in Revit
• 3+ years of experience in AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Design experience and government project experience required
• Experience with vertical construction and civil site design workflows
