THE JOB:
As the Senior Manager of Cage Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and efficiency of cage operations. In this role, you’ll oversee departmental procedures, internal controls, and reporting to ensure alignment with company policies and all state and federal regulations. You’ll also focus on driving operational effectiveness by implementing best practices, evaluating new products, services, and technology, and staying informed on evolving industry trends.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Lead efficient and cost-effective operations through effective labor management and by upholding the Company’s S.H.O.W. service standards across all service touchpoints

• Support hiring efforts, including scheduling and staffing, while ensuring timely resolution of payroll issues

• Manage operational resources and processes to support business needs

• Builds and maintains trusting relations and communication with the Corporate Treasury, Finance Shared Services Audit, and Corporate Compliance teams

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be 21 years or older

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years of prior relevant casino experience required
