Job Description - Senior Calibration Technician, 1st shift- Exton, PA
Install, set up, repair, calibrate and maintain new and existing manufacturing tooling and equipment. Schedule calibrations utilizing outside vendors/contractors. Complete entries in Preventative Maintenance Logbooks and CMMS program. Work with manufacturing personnel to trouble shoot manufacturing process problems. Assist Manufacturing Engineering as required. Also, Assist with general facility issues relating to plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services to maintain proper working conditions. Maintain non-production equipment, which supports production. Organize and maintain spare parts inventory for completing timely calibration/repairs on all equipment Working knowledge of various power & hand tools; wrenches, sockets, screwdrivers, pliers, etc. Read & understand schematics. Working knowledge of scope & usage of General Work Permitting Procedure & Processes. Proficient written & oral communication skills + computer literacy. Ability to plan, execute & complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
