Summary
The Senior Central Intake Coordinator is responsible for all Help Me Grow intake functions statewide. This includes leading the development, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all statewide intake functions; providing coordination and oversight to intake staff and subcontractors processing referrals; working with management staff and partners to build the infrastructure for new or expanded referral partnerships; and analyzing and reporting on data to monitor and improve service delivery.
Experience Requirements (Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities)
1. Minimum four years of project management or program coordination experience in the Human Services, Early Childhood or related industry required.
2. Minimum of two years call center or equivalent system management experience required.
3. Minimum three years of supervisory experience, four or more years preferred.
4. Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., word processing, electronic spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software), email applications, and internet usage. Advanced skill level preferred.
5. Proven analytical ability to understand, manipulate, and analyze data across systems.
6. Team building skills; organizational and staff development skills.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and use appropriate judgment in handling information and records.
8. Ability to demonstrate a high attention to detail and good follow-up skills. Must be self-motivated, proactive and solution-focused.
9. Ability to resolve moderately complex problems.
10. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to express self effectively and concisely, both orally and in writing.
11. Ability to tactfully and effectively deal with public and staff in a personable and professional manner.
12. Ability to work independently with limited direction.
13. Ability to organize work, engage in a variety of tasks simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines. Strong project management skills.
Education/License Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Valid Ohio Driver’s License and appropriate insurance coverage.
