Senior Change Management Analyst

Concept Solutions is seeking at a Senior Change Management Analyst to support the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Office of Information Technology (AIT) Infrastructure & Operations (I&O) Services under the ITIPSS contract vehicle. The position will facilitate efficient and prompt handling of all change requests and eceive, log, and allocate priority to all requests for managing changes.

• Ensure standardized methods, processes, and procedures are used for all changes
• Provide lifecycle support to all IT authorized Enterprise Change Management (ECM) issues
• Provide CM lifecycle support to the FAA MSD ECM and authorized subordinate Change Management Boards (CMB)
• Provide administrative and technical support to forums for coordination and collaboration of proposed changes to the MSD Infrastructure
• Provide information to FAA MSD, ECM, and subordinate CMB participants concerning proposed changes, estimates of impact, issues, resolutions, and CMB decisions
• Coordinate with management of the CMDB to retrieve pre-change baseline information applicable to a Change Request
• Provide CM interface with the Deployment Management branch to assure that change requests approved for implementation by FAA MSD CMBs are submitted to the appropriate branch
• Conduct reviews to evaluate process efficiency and maturity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degree (engineering, math, and science related degrees are considered acceptable alternative degrees); eight (8) years of relevant experience.

Education/Experience Substitutions

The following substitutions may be considered at the Government's discretion:

• A Bachelor's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience.
• A Master's degree in a pertinent discipline is generally equivalent to a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
• For positions requiring a Bachelor's degree, a High School Diploma plus four (4) additional years of relevant experience may be generally adequate.

Work Location and Schedule

• Primary Location: Washington, DC
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, core hours 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM local time
• Telework may be permitted when determined to be in the best interest of the Government
• FAA Personnel Suitability clearance required (AMS 3.14-2)
