Senior Civil Engineer

Wilkesboro, NC. 8-15 years experience. Strong background in civil/environmental engineering across community parks, retail, commercial, education, federal government, transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage project design: technical quality, team coordination, cost control, scheduling
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering and architectural teams
• Develop design documents, technical specifications, cost estimates
• Detailed engineering design and QA/QC reviews
• Prepare technical studies, engineering reports, documentation
• Site investigations and construction administration
• Coordinate permitting with federal, state, local agencies

Qualifications

• BS Civil Engineering, PE required
• 8-15 years consulting experience
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, hydrology software (Hydraflow or equivalent)
• Experience in: residential/commercial site development, site layout/grading/drainage, hydraulics/hydrology/stormwater, water/sewer systems, permitting
