Are you a licensed Civil Engineer with 10+ years of experience in site development, project management, and business development? We're looking for a driven and strategic Civil Site Engineer Section Head to spearhead our site civil practice in our Charleston, SC office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow our civil site team with a focus on local market expansion

• Coordinate strategic business plans with senior leadership

• Drive business development and client relationship management

• Oversee site design, permitting, and project delivery across a variety of sectors

• Manage budgets, team resourcing, and project financials

• Mentor and support junior engineers to promote professional growth

• Develop proposals and contribute to winning new work

• Hire and onboard new team members and conduct performance evaluations

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field (from an accredited program)

• Professional Engineer (PE) License required

• Minimum 10 years of site civil engineering experience

• Proven success in project management and business development

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multidisciplinary projects
• Deep knowledge of the local Charleston/Lowcountry market and permitting process
