Senior Civil Litigation Attorney

Windsor Troy, LLP is a civil litigation firm that focuses on plaintiff's side personal injury and school/government liability cases. As a Senior Attorney at our firm, you will have the opportunity to focus on case strategy and professional development.

The right candidate will have experience taking, defending, and preparing for depositions and will have an interest in attending court hearings and mediations. Senior Attorneys receive mentorship from lead attorneys and participate in focus groups, trial preparation, and attorney skill programs. We provide extensive support, including AI technology to enhance productivity and efficiency. Trial participation is expected, but we will transition you into that part of the practice if needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters from inception to resolution.


• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, pleadings, motions, and contracts.


• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.


• Develop and implement case strategies while maintaining strong client communication.


• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior attorneys and legal staff.


• Work collaboratively with partners and colleagues to achieve successful case outcomes.


• Stay current on relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.


• Licensed to practice law in California.


• 7+ years of civil litigation experience, preferably in areas such as personal injury, school/government liability, business litigation, real estate, or employment law.


• Strong trial experience and the ability to manage cases independently.


• Excellent legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy skills.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.


• Commitment to client service and professional ethics.

Salary: $80,000 - $160,000 a year.
