The Sr. Associate in this position will play a crucial role in managing internal client inquiries using a case management system, ensuring accurate and timely case resolution while adhering to established Service Level Agreements. Collaborating closely with Operations and Client Services, the role involves delivering accurate reporting and conducting monthly SOX/SOC Audits in line with Standard Operation Procedures. The Sr. Associate will also work with Data Operations Developers to enhance current tools and reporting. Additionally, they will be responsible for staying informed about product rollouts and existing offerings while applying tax knowledge to client needs and projects. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and multitasking ability in a fast -paced environment. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree, payroll or payroll processing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with database management, reporting tools, and customer relationship management systems.
