We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Senior Client Relationship & Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives within our AML, Financial Crime Compliance, and Regulatory Advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth across AML, Financial Crime Compliance, Sanctions, and Regulatory Advisory services.
Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and industries.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior executives, compliance leaders, risk professionals, and key decision-makers.
Manage the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and contract closing.
Expand and strengthen existing client relationships through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and delivery teams to design tailored client solutions.
Monitor market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive activity to identify emerging opportunities.
Prepare and deliver impactful presentations, proposals, and commercial discussions to senior stakeholders.

Knowledge of AML/CTF, Financial Crime Compliance, Sanctions, KYC, and Regulatory Compliance frameworks.
Previous experience in a consulting firm, Big 4 organization, law firm, bank, fintech company, or financial services environment.
Experience in business development, client relationship management, or commercially driven client engagements.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
