The Role:

Prepare and process paperwork for client transactions, including opening new accounts, closing accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, account title changes, address changes, and communicating the status of transactions to clients and Advisors.

Provide ongoing client account maintenance (e.g., all money requests, checks, wires, ACHs, regular periodic transfers, transfer of securities amongst accounts, special accounts, ongoing special client instructions).

Work with partners and team members to respond to client requests.

Oversight of client onboarding process from start to finish including preparation of documentation establishing accounts; funding and getting client fully invested.

Outreach to clients to express firm services, including their digital experience

Use CRM platform to manage and document all workflows.

Participate in projects and internal working groups to ensure the client's needs are represented in firm projects.

Provide support for advisors by answering phones and responding to client requests.

Support Advisors and the firm with operational tasks.

What You Bring to Us:

5+ years of experience in Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe.

Experience in Client Relationship Management system (Salesforce preferred).

5+ years of experience in custodian platform (Schwab preferred).

5+ years of experience in Financial Services desired, but not required.

FINRA Securities licenses a plus.

Bachelor's degree preferably in business, accounting, finance, economics, or related experience.
