Senior Clinical Portfolio Management Analyst

Your responsibilities will include: Assist with the reporting and analysis of long-range strategic plans and ad hoc projects, including development of financial models and presentations for senior management. Collaborate with Finance to drive the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Quarterly Financial Forecasts to meet business requirements and timelines. Implement and oversee budget modeling tools to determine costs and resource needs for clinical trials. Analyze current clinical study costs to identify opportunities for process improvement and outsourcing efficiencies. Evaluate and recommend financial value improvement processes (VIPs). Support analysis and projection requests related to clinical spend and returns in collaboration with Corporate and Division Finance and Portfolio Management teams. Bachelor's degree and 3+ years' experience in Clinical Research. 2+ years' experience in clinical operations, budgeting, and metrics development. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including building cross-functional relationships across geographies and influencing business outcomes indirectly. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to diagnose complex business problems and develop long-term strategic solutions. Hands-on experience, training, or certification in Data Analytics, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Experience designing and implementing portfolio metrics, KPIs, and analytic frameworks. Advanced proficiency with Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling. Ability to synthesize complex information and strategies into concise business plans. Degree in Business, Finance, or Strategy is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in PowerPoint and portfolio analysis tools.
