Accountabilities
- Guide the team in evaluating and selecting appropriate cloud platforms and services, particularly for real-time applications.
- Provide expert-level mentorship on cloud architecture design and operation of scalable systems.
- Lead strategic decisions on cloud-native design patterns and microservices architectures.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters for containerized applications.
- Design and operate real-time services ensuring minimal response times.
- Implement cloud-based security solutions and compliance frameworks.
- Lead in designing multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments.
- Advise on technologies for high-throughput, low-latency real-time data pipelines.
Requirements
- 7+ years of proven experience in cloud architecture and solution design.
- Strong proficiency in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- In-depth understanding of cloud-native architectures and serverless computing.
- Hands-on expertise in Kubernetes for containerized application deployment.
- Experience in designing services with strict low latency requirements.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Terraform.
- Experience in cloud security best practices and compliance.
- Expertise in performance tuning and cost optimization.
- Demonstrated success in providing technical leadership.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
