Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Aspire Software is looking for a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join our team in Lebanon.

About the Role:

• Monitor and maintain AWS environment health, performance, and cost efficiency
• Manage AWS services including:

1. Compute: EC2, Lambda, ECS/EKS (if containers)
2. Networking & Access: VPC, Route 53, Security Groups, IAM
3. Storage & Databases: S3, RDS/Aurora, EBS/EFS
4. Security & Compliance: WAF, Secrets Manager, KMS, CloudTrail
5. Monitoring & Ops: CloudWatch, AWS Backup, Config
6. Scalability & Delivery: Elastic Load Balancer, CloudFront

• Apply OS and infrastructure patching/updates regularly
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for proactive issue detection
• Maintain strong security practices and ensure compliance standards
• Troubleshoot and respond to environment issues and incidents
• Optimize infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness

• 3+ years hands-on experience managing AWS environments
• Strong knowledge of core AWS services across compute, storage, networking, and security
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar)
• Experience with monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, ELK, or similar)
• Solid understanding of networking and cloud security best practices
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
