The Senior Clubhouse Director is responsible for the overall management and operations of the entire Carnegie Clubhouse, serving as the leader of the staff and primary liaison to families, partners, and the community. The Senior Clubhouse Director is focused on creating and fostering a positive culture for staff while ensuring a safe, fun, and inclusive environment that results in a high-quality Club experience for youth. Additionally, the position is responsible for the recruitment and oversight of staff, youth members, volunteers, partners, and rentals to ensure the Clubhouse is a vibrant and active community asset. This position reports to the COO.

Compensation
Competitive salary starting at $70,000 annually. Comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental insurance, 401(k) match, and generous paid time off.
Location
Carnegie, Pennsylvania. This position requires frequent travel to Club sites and community events, with at least 75% of time spent on-site engaging with staff, community members, and partners.
Certifications and Clearances
BGCPWA prioritizes the safety of the youth we serve. CPR, Pediatric First Aid, Child Abuse, Criminal History, FBI clearance, NSOR certificate, PA Disclosure, PA Staff Health Assessment, TB Test, and Mandated Reporter certification required upon hire or within 6 months.
