Job Description:

As a Senior Commercial Pool Construction Superintendent at Infinity Pool Design, you will be responsible for overseeing all phases of commercial pool construction projects from inception to completion. You will play a crucial role in maintaining safety standards, managing construction schedules, and ensuring project specifications are met with precision. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding junior superintendents and construction teams, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial pool construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


• Manage and coordinate the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety regulations.


• Provide leadership and guidance to junior superintendents, helping them develop their skills and understanding of high-level construction processes.


• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce compliance with building codes, safety standards, and project specifications.


• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, ensuring clear communication and resolution of any issues.


• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and cost tracking, to ensure transparency and accountability.


• Implement innovative construction methods and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality of pool construction projects.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in commercial construction management, with specific expertise in commercial pool construction preferred.


• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of successfully leading commercial projects and teams.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively with teams, clients, and stakeholders.


• Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations relevant to commercial pool construction.


• Ability to mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, raising their level of expertise and performance.


• Proficiency in construction management software and technology.


• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.


• Relevant certifications in construction management and safety (e.g., OSHA, CPR/First Aid) are advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
